Preparation of camera ready papers

The following requirements must be met for a submission to appear in the proceedings that will be published by IEEE:

The camera ready papers are limited to 5 (five) pages in IEEE format (two columns in A4).
Authors send camera ready papers electronically to IEEE prior to May 25, 2005.
Corresponding author sends signed copyright form to IEEE. Papers without copyright release form cannot be published in the proceedings.
At least one author of a paper is obliged to register his/her participation in the workshop and to pay the LAAIC/DEXA registration fee of 475 € before May 25, 2005 (there is no student reduction for authors).
Of course one of the authors has to attend the workshop and has to present the accepted paper personally.
